Reservation Policies
1.- Collection policy: The advance payment of 50% of the amount guarantees the reservation, the payment of the pending balance must be paid at the time of arrival and / or entry of the guest to the establishment.
2.- The guest is obliged to comply with the internal regulations of the establishment.
3.- It is forbidden to introduce irons, candles, microwaves, art. Flammable, etc.
4.- Our establishments are “Non-Smoking”, a penalty of USD 30.00 (dollars) will be applied for smoking inside the establishment.
5.- The reservation of houses, bungalows and rooms is not linked to a space in the garage.
6.- Only the person registered in the Accommodation and the number of her companions, who have the exclusive right to use the pool, are considered as guests.
7.- If the guest is a non-resident and makes the payment of his expenses himself, he will be benefited with the exemption of the payment of 18% of taxes regarding accommodation and food expenses, only if he has less than 60 days within Peruvian territory (Legislative Decree No. 919 SUNAT, Law No. 27434). By way of control, all guests must present their passport and Andean migration card with the migration stamp at the time of Check-in.
8.- The guest agrees to deliver the properties and rooms as they were delivered, any damage, deterioration or loss caused by the guest within the facilities will be assumed by the owner tenant. These penalties are subject to the rate given by the internal policies of the establishment.
9.- The company is not responsible for valuables introduced and left in your room or property without the knowledge of the administration (Civil Code).
10.- Any object left will be taken into custody and may be sold, auctioned by the company within a period of 1 month from the date of delivery (custody). The company may sell, auction, give away, destroy said objects after the deadline (1 month). All custody will be delivered only to the owner of the property.
11.- The company is authorized to track registered guests and their number of companions, in case of omission, the additional payment will have to be assumed by the owner tenant.
12.- The company is authorized to remove the luggage from the rooms or buildings after 12:00 hours (noon), in case the accommodation had not been canceled, without the right to claim.
13.- Reservation modification policy, reservation modifications of the stay are accepted up to 30 days to 15 days before the arrival date and 1 business day after the payment of the agreed reservation amount within 30 days to 15 days before After the arrival date, after this time the modifications are subject to penalties with a minimum amount of USD 50.00 (dollars) that must be paid at the time of arrival and / or entry of the guest to the establishment. They are considered 30 days before arrival to dates subject to holidays such as Easter, national holidays, New Years and among others and 15 days before arrival for the rest of the year.
14.- In the event that the rental contract is terminated before arrival or in the event that the tenant does not show up on the confirmed date, no refund and / or refund of the amount already agreed for the reservation amount is issued. The tenant has the right to modify, renew, postpone his reservation date for one time by paying the total amount as the reservation amount, the penalties given by the establishment are considered an additional amount.

5. POOL
- Only guests have the exclusive right to use the pool.
- The use of swimwear is mandatory before entering the pool.
- Shower before entering the pool.
- Children under 12 years old will enter under adult supervision.
- Don’t run around the pool.
- Do not urinate in the pool.
- Do not throw waste.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool.

- Reservation Amount: Amount paid in advance as a deposit before making a reservation.
- Total Amount: Total amount to be paid by the guest determined by the reservation date, number of companions and type of property.
